MX892 error code U052

Where can I buy a replacement print head for MX 892.

I found replacement for MX870.

Tried cleaning.

Hi bgfitz,

Before replacing the print head, we recommend removing all of the ink tanks and print head in the unit, then reseating them.  If you stil experience the U052 error, the printer will require servicing.  Please Contact Us to obtain your servicing options.

I have the same U052 error code. i followed all the instructions and cannot clear the code. Is there another way to clear the code ? This is causing the printer to be totally useless. I can't use the scanner nor the fax for a printing error. Bad design.
