PIXMA MP620 error U052. I have used this printhead previously

I have a Canon MP 620 printer that is now giving me an error U052 When installing my printer head. I have used this printer head several times in the past without problems. I’ve also tried using another printer head that I’ve used and the same error is popping up. Why?

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MP620 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
