Have had recurring problem with printer saying it was offline and not printing. Have tried the power off/on, disconnected and reconnected USB cable etc, multiple times. Finally decided to remove the printer and reinstall. During the process it recognizes the printer connection (says printer is detected) but never completes the installation. So now, it's not even installed and it can't reinstall. Printing always results in "Printer is offline" error.
