MX472 printer off line how to get it back online

My MX472 was working fine until a copy sucked back into the printer. I turned off the printer and unplugged it. I was able to retrieve the paper whole. I plugged the printer in and turned it back on . I can select a document on the printer to print but when I select print I get a message that printer is off line. How do I get it back on line?

Hi,

A paper jam should not have kicked the printer off the network but to double check, please click HERE for the steps to print the network settings. Once it prints go to connection and to the right it will show active or inactive. 

If it is active, please remove the printer driver from your computer and then reinstall it. Once the printer is reinstalled, try to print again. 

If the printer was kicked off your network, please click HERE for the steps to reconnect it.
