MX452, appears to be connected but cannot print, error message "the printer is offline"

Hi everybody,

I recently moved and lost the USB cord that I used for the computer to be hooked up to this printer. I followed all of the directions on how to set up the wireless printer without the cord. I got the message at the end that said I was connected, but I still cannot print! I keep getting a message that says "the printer is offline."

PLEASE HELP!

Hello.

The drivers may still be set for the USB connection.  

Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers should resolve this issue. Please perform the following:

1. Open the Control Panel from your Desktop or Start Menu.

2. Open Programs and Features.

3. Uninstall the MX450/MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool.

4. Close all windows that are open.

Once this has been done, we will reinstall.  Visit our website at the following link to download the latest Mini Master Setup software.
