Trying to scan with MX392 and just get message "please wait awhile" - I have turned off and on the scanner, rebooted the computer - continue to get same message. Please advise = i have never been able to scan with this printer/scanner/fax.

So we can better assist you, please reply with what operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X), as well as if you have the printer connected wirelessly or via USB cable.
