printer is saying paper jam and i dont have one there is no paper stuck anywhere, turned it off, unplugged it, let it sit for a day or two and still saying jam.
i looked on you tube and it said to push the paper into the paper tray hard and i did but i turned it on its side 3x trying to get a picture of the serial number and that fixed it
