We started seeing some horizontal void lines and replaced the ink tank/cartridge thinking that the ink was running out. The new cartridge came with a [integrated] new print head, so we were surprised to see the lines still there. Multiple print head cleaning, deep cleaning, and alignment seem to have no effect. I cleaned the contacts between the new ink cartridge and whatever attaches to it, even though all the little gold contacts looked perfectly fine to me. Help would be appreciated!
