Brand new printer. Followed all the directions directly as given.
Instead of booting to the 'Languages' menu,
Code 5101 and it says "remove the protective material if it is attached to the holder. Turn Power off and back on."
I've done this. Verified the little orange holder (shown on the LCD screen) is seatined too.
Rebooted, disconnected power cord, etc. many times, cannot get anywhere with this.
What should I do?

Hi lawtom1119,
Support code 5101 indicates that the print head carriage is unable to move. On new printers, there is an orange block that prevents the carriage from moving during transit. That orange block needs to be removed, and can be found under an access panel to the right front of the platen glass.
