Hi all, just got a new Mac mini currently using MacOS Sequoia 15.2. My printer firmware is up to date.
(Presumably) because I set up the computer using a TimeMachine backup, the TR7800 appeared as a printer when I initially setup the new Mac. But the printer wasn't connecting so I removed it as a printer from the Mac and started the connection process from scratch. The printer is successfully connected to my network (I can see the wifi symbol with no "x"). I used the process that has me pressing the icon of the two linked links on the printer display. But this is what happens . . .
Printer and Mac are on the same wifi. When I set up the printer, it asked if I wanted to choose one IP address (I think that was the question?) or multiple. I'm not very savvy here so I didn't know which one to choose so I selected the "multiple" option. Thanks for any help!
