MX 420 Printer only prints black using Adobe products but not with MS suite, suggestions?

I have:

rebooted

cleaned

deep cleaned

Unplugged

Updated Drivers

Totally curious. I printed an image in photoshop one day. The very next day, I tried to print something I had to covert it to a PDF and open it in photoshop to get  black to print.

When I print the cleaning page--I see black but I see nothing on the print test page.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does your copies come out blank? If so, click HERE to see a how a normal nozzle check pattern should look.
