Hi joemehling,

We do not recommend lubricating the printer, as this could do damage to the unit.  You can try performing a roller cleaning to see if this will help.  To do this, please follow the steps located here.

If you still experience the same squeaking noise, the printer may require servicing; please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.

The squeaking continues, after cleaning roller heads.  Apparently the noise is not caused by the rollers. The machine performs normally during actual printing; just before & just after printing is when the squeaking happens.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help.
