MP560 will not power on. Tried all the recommendations to resolve. Any options besides new one?

Hi JAA,

 

If you have not done so already, I recommend unplugging the printer from the power for about 15 minutes and then plugging it back in.  If this does not resolve the issue, please use the Contact Us link to get in touch with our support staff who can offer any available service options.

Yes I did try unplugging the printer from the power for a lengthy period of time based on other recommendations. No go.
