MP280 has P02 error only when printing an alignment sheet

Every time I try to realign my cartridges, I get a P 02 error every time I print the alignment sheet. This only happens during alignment. Everything else, no error. The print comes out a bit ugly because it's not aligned but it still doesn't stop from an error. Whats happening here?

Hello.

To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes.  Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on without the error.
