Hello, I got this secondhand MP150 printer and I could not fix the error even after changing my ink cartridge.
It keeps showing 'E, 4, 0' error and I tried everything I could find.
The ink cartridge is also stuck on the left side and does not move at all no matter what I do.
The protective film was removed, I already did all the reset options, the power cord turned on & off, cleaned the connection part of the cartridges and it still does not work at all.
I tried the factory reset method as well, it did not work properly.
I want to fix it if it is possible and attach the video.
