Hi. I tried to use my scanner yesterday and it says the MP Navigator driver did not install correctly. I have not changed anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled per error message suggestion. I reinstalled from the Canon website. I am using Windows 10. Thanks for your help.

Hi tmlarock,
The driver version listed does not look correct, and the latest driver update was posted on 7/22/15. Let's make sure you have the most current drivers.
Click HERE.
Scroll down to "Recommended Drivers."
Click “Select” next to "MG3100 series MP Driver."
Press "Download."
Open and run the file.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
MP Navigator is listed under “Software” can be updated the same way.
