MG7120 claims to be out of paper

This just started. Printing via wireless I get the message there is no paper in the cassette, upper. Support code 1007.  I have printed from my desktop, wired, but not from wireless. Printer acknowledges receiving the print instruction just says there is not paper.

Hello.

The printer is attempting to load from the upper cassette tray.  This tray is used when a smaller paper size is specified on your computer or mobile device.  If you are attempting to print from the lower cassette tray, make sure that the Letter paper size is selected before printing.
