Printer screen instructed me to try powering down and restarting. Even after powering off and restarting, I get the same error message. Printer screen instructed me to contact support if the issue persisted. Please help! 🙂

Power cycle, check for jams or obstructions, and contact Canon.
No magic fixes here. If power cycling doesn't work, and you are certain there is no jam or obstruction there isn't much more you can do.
