My Pixma MG6320 will no longer print from my desktop. When I try, it does nothing, but then I will eventually get a window that pops up telling me that the "printer is not responding". Looking in the print queue, I see the status is Error.
I have tried restarting my desktop, the computer, and the router, but get the same issue. I have uninstalled the drivers, and re-installed. The LAN settings are fine, and I am able to scan a document to that same desktop, so the printer and the PC are communicating. I can make copies from the device, so I know the printer has the ability to print. I have also tried disabling my anti virus software. I have checked the printer port, and made sure the firmware is up to date. Absolutely everything looks like it should be, but it won't print.
I'm on Windows 10, and everything has been working fine for a couple years until this. I don't recall installing any new software or doing anything different on the PC.
