Hello - I am hoping someone can help me. I have a router Asus and I have the printer plugged int the router - rather than just a direct printer connection. I did not use the canon setup and instead set it up as an LPR server. I am able to print just fine from my local computer and any computer on the network plus my phones.
I cannot fax because the fax shows USB connection but that is the USB that is plugged into my router.
Is there a way around this? I want to be able to scan from the printer and have the scan show up in my main computer.
