So I tried to use our PIXMA MG5520 and get the c000 error.
The head isn't stuck, it moves the full distance from left to right.
I notice that the paper in the tray is not feeding.
I've cleaned all the rubber rollers and that did not help.
There is no jammed paper, there is no tape or packing m my printer as I use it for years.
Print head isn't caught on anything
I've done the hard reset but that didn't help.
Has anyone have this problem and solved it?

Hi,
You can try taking all the ink cartridges out and then insert them back in making sure they click in place.
If the error does not clear, the your MG5520 would need to be replaced. You would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
You can take advantage of this offer by calling the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
