Everytime I try to scan with my MG 5500, I get the message "Set the PC to start scanning" I have tried deconnecting and reconnecting both my printer and my computer to the internet. I have also tried to make my printer print something, and it won't do that either. It was working fine a week or so ago. Please help as soon as possible.
