Hi mm603884,
It is unclear as to what exactly is occuring when you attempt to print.
Are you using Windows?
or Mac?
Who is the manufacturer of the business cards that you are attempting to print with? Do they have a product number?
Does an error appear then you attempt to print? If so, what error appears?
If there is no error, are you exeperiencing a paper jam?
The more details that you can provide, the more specific our answer will be.
