Worked when I first setup the printer, but every time I now try it comes up with the message
Scanner is warming up...
Do not open the document cover.
Then the message
ScanGear
Internal Error occurred.
Scanner driver will be closed
Code:3,202,19
Press 'OK' button message disapears but 'ScanGear' icon remains at the bottom of the screen. Click to remove that and another message comes up.

The scanner is not available while in use by another application or user
Press 'OK' button message disappears plus 'ScanGear' icon at bottom of the screen.
Please help I would really like to be able to use the scanner. Both the printer and copier functions work.
