Hello
Have had printer for some years but just recently - after gettting ink low errors and correcting all those with new ink. Each time I print the printer comes back that it is in an error state. I have checked wireless, turned off and on both printer and computer and tried to run some maintenance routines in the device settings. Still same issue -
Any recommendations?

windows 8.1 HP desktop
the only message is that the printer is in error state.
