I am suddenly receiving an error message with my scanner. Code 5, 202, 54.
My printer still copies and prints, but does not scan. I have not changed anything. I am uing Windows 10.
My printer is acanon MG5250
Tried to reinstall, have followed the instruction displayed on http://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Multifunction-Support/PiXMA-MP250-scan-error-5-202-54-Prin...

Oke.. this one is weird.. i solved it.
How? reboot the pc in save modus. removed the old software. reboot
disconnected all the cables, installed the latest software, connect, reboot and it worked!!!
