MG3620 only print test page nothing else

Installed printer can go into setting and print test page. Will not print from any program- PDF, word, website, etc.

Please click HERE for the steps to perform a nozzle check. You can click the blue link in step 5 after the nozzle check prints to compare your to our sample and let us know if they look the same.
