The 0x80070005 error is a Windows computer error. I performed research on this error and found that there are different reasons why this error may appear; however, none of them indicate an issue with the MG3500 series Printer or the Canon printer software. I recommend consulting a computer technician or Microsoft for help with your computer. If the printer is working properly, you do not have to do anything else regarding the printer driver or software.
