MG2950 printer wont print black

Ive changed the cartridges. Ive tried 2 new black cartridges but the printer will only print colour, Not much use for documents.

Cant find any reason why in on line manuals ,  Help

I am having the same problem, MG2950 will only print in colour and therefore using a lot of ink.  I cannot change settings 

to just print in black.  Please help
