MG2924 1200/1300 Error codes and theres no Jam, Doors closed

Canon MG2924 says paper jam and/or door open error. There is no paper jam and the door is closed. It was working fine a few days ago. I had to print out a page, there was no issues, it was working perfectly. I went to turn it on today and I get a 1200 and/or 1300 error code. I pulled the ink cartridges and put them back in. I cleaned out the door with the tab in the back. I cleaned the roller. Ive turned it off and unplugged it. I checked the sensor and its working fine so I cleaned it. I've torn it apart and put it back together. There are no issues with the tape, the motor is working, the rollers are working, nothing jamming the system, There is no issues that I can see or think of.. I've had this printer for a little over a year but i rarely use it. I've only recently had to change the ink cartridges about 2 months ago. I run it on a personal wpa2 wireless connection with a Asus duel band router. I only use microsofts operating system with a hp laptop.. I have done everything I can think of to fix this issue and I am now desperate.. I'm starting to think I'll have to buy a new one.

Hi rkj2792,

 

The 1300 error is an indication that there is a paper jam at the paper output slot.  Please watch the below video to resolve this error:
