Hi,
I have read a lot of the messages on the forum and have tried to do a hard reset on my printer. I do not have any paper in my printer but I keep getting an error message that I have one.
Error message:
Paper is jammed.
Remove the paper from the folling locations slowly with both hands and press ok.
- Paper output slot
-Tansport unit on the rear side
Then load paper
I turn off the printer and the error goes away I print once and right after my first print the error message automatically comes up again. There is no jam though... this is very frustrating and there seems to be no answer on the forum.
PLEASE HELP!
