Using windows 7. A window appears after scanning and says cannot connect with scanner for following reasons and list 5 reasons which do not apply. This is after already scanning fine just before. Printer ink is full. I Can make copy successful directly from printer. No network changes.

Hi dduet,
You can try temporarily removing files from a folder called TWAIN 32 that may be causing a conflict with the scanning process to see if this resolves the issue. To do this, please follow the steps located here.
In addition, you can temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software that is on your computer to see if this will allow you to scan, as sometimes these programs can block the scanning process. If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
