Have a brand new MG2520 printer and attempting to print photo cards. After completing the initial print head alignment and scanning with no issues, I tried to start printing my color documents. One photo messed up that contained blue and now the blue color on all alignment testing is no longer showing. I've done everything the manual says and the issue is not fixed. What could be causing the problem after only one use?
