MG2120 Failed to print color

Hi, My Canon MG2120 fail to print color even the ink status shown on computer is adequate for both black and color. I have installed the Windows Adobe RGB 1998 Installer Program but it does not help. The printer is only able to print black and white now. What should I do? Thanks

Hello corliss.

To test the printer, please try performing both a black copy and a color copy directly from the printer itself.  Are you able to perform both copies or does the color copy come out blank as well?
