MG 7720 printing problem

MG 7720 not printing correctly. Yesterday would not print blue correctly, blue was pink/red. Today will not print black. I have cleaned heads 3 times and done a deep clean also. All ink carts are full. Firmware is up to date.

Suggestions or is this printer dead? Disappointing it's practically new...

MG7720 printer does fine printing color photos but will not print copies of black and white forms properly. I have done all maintenance on printhead, band, etc. Vertical lines are faint and double/crooked. Every third line prints properly, the rest print double and faint.
