I PURCHASED MY PRINTER IN AUGUST 2012. THE ON KEY IS DEPRESSED. THEREFORE, IA UNABLE TO TURN THE PRINTER ON OR OFF. IS THIS PROBLEM FIXABLE? IF SO, WHERE DO I TAKE THE PRINTER TO BE FIXED? IF NOT, IS THE WARRANTY STILL GOOD? THANKS KAREN
