MG 2520 stopped taking paper

The MG 2520 keeps saying there's no paper in the printer. I've tried a lot of paper, 1 sheet, leaving it loose, jamming it in . The machine seems to be making no effort to take the paper.

To ensure that there are no obstructions in the printer that may be causing the paper not to feed, please follow the steps located here.  Once this has been done, we recommend performing at least three roller cleanings on the printer by following the steps located here to ensure that the paper path is clear and that the paper can feed smoothly.
