I have a Pixma MG6220. I am running windows 10. I have been printing and scanning over wifi for quite a while. The scan feature has suddenly stopped working. I can still print over wifi. I noticed that MP Navigator Ex will not launch. No errors reported anywhere, it simply does nothing when I try to scan or launch the app. I reinstalled the printer driver, and also MP Navigator Ex. No change.
Any suggestions? I may need to purchase the cable so I can connect it up. It was lost in one of the house moves.
