I sincerely hope everyone is safe and healthy.
Last week I heard a loud Crashing noise coming from the Printer, and I noticed that the left corner of the Lower lid was raised from the base about ½ inch and I could not put it in place. , The corresponding rear hinge appears to be raised. (see photos)
The upper Lid to the Platen does not open.
The feeder for the scanner works but I can not access the platen to scan. Scanning and printing work.
Please be aware that at no time have I tried to scan a thick item on the platen or open nor forced the lid..
Please advise if you have any suggestions. will be appreciated.
