Labels I've printed (on Avery 15695) are completely blurry and unreadable, as if there is too much ink. Previously, I printed on thicker paper and had to adjust the thickness setting. Regular printer paper and iron-on transfer paper are working fine. Wondering how to readjust for thinner paper, if that is the cause. Do not recall how to change thickness setting. Don't see any lever. Is this handled via the menu? Can't find this in the manual.

Hi joelee52,
To adjust the paper thickness setting of the printer, you can enable the prevent paper abrasion setting. To do this, please follow these steps from the printer's operation panel:
1. Press the SETUP button.
2. Use the arrow keys to select DEVICE SETTINGS, then press the OK button.
3. Use the arrow keys to select PRINT SETTINGS, then press the OK button.
4. Use the arrow keys to set PREVENT PAPER ABRASION to ON, then press the OK button.
5. Press the COPY button to return to the main printer screen.
Once you are finished printing the labels, please ensure that the prevent paper abrasion setting is set back to OFF.
