Just purchased a Pixma TR4722 and I'm having problems with the setup.
I had just turned on the printer and placed the ink cartridges in when a 5100 error message popped up. The ink is stuck on the left side. I have turned it off and unplugged it. When it turns back on it clicks a few times like the ink is trying to come back to center buy doesn't. What do I do? Is it this easy to break? Do I have to return it? Is there a way to take it apart and put back together? Please any advice would help.

Like a classic "printers just being printers" moment! The 5100 error seems to be a common issue tied to carriage jams or misalignment, and it’s wild how something as small as leftover packaging material can throw the whole system off. It’s surprising how delicate these machines are almost like they’re designed to test our patience. Hopefully, it’s just a minor hiccup and not a sign of needing to return it!
