Hi, recently upgraded to a Surface Pro with Windows 11. My old Surface Pro was running Windows 10.
Since the upgrade, I cannot use the TS8320 for scanning. On the Canon website, there are no drivers for Windows 11 which can be installed. Any help or workarounds are appreciated. Thanks

Try the Windows 10 driver. In many cases, Win10 drivers, even Win 7 drivers, work in Win 11.

None of the drivers are installing. I checked if there is already another driver and there isn't. Never ran into an issue like that before.

Windows 11 drivers are available for the TS8320
Visit the support portal, select > Downloads > Software and Drivers > Windows > Windows 11

Greetings,
Is your new Windows 11 Surface Pro based on a Snapdragon ARM processor?
If so, please see this KB article.

Thanks for the link. The printer is now detected, unfortunately none of the drivers are installing from Canon that I can install Scan Utility. Printing works now, scanning doesn't. Any tips to fix that? Thanks again for your help.
