Hi
I just set up this PIXMA IX 6820 last night. On an HP laptop running WWIN 10 Pro.
Test page printed just fine.
Connected to wirelss network just fine and printed Canon test page from the Windows tool.
However, it balks at printing from my software, either the file itself or the PDF version.
Error message: Printer not responding.
Very disappointted as I have items that need to be printed today.
