IP4300 does not ignite anymore. Where is the fuse? Can it be replaced.

The Canon Ip4300 printer cannot start anymore. The power push button does not ingite the printer. I looked for a fuse. However I find the power unit a sealed package which could eventually been opened with a special key. 

Can I replace the fuse? When yes, how do a get to it?
