Recently upgraded iMac desktop to OS 10.11.6. Printer previously performed flawlessly. Printer= Pixma TS8020. Use direct wire in computer-printer, NOT wireless. After “print” order fails, message appears “Raster2CanonIJ2 quit unexpectedly”. Tried ‘off-on’ both devices. Tried ‘on’ in different order for both devices. Tried re-installing printer Driver. Tried clearing printer from printer options then reinstalling everything as though new printer. Failure & message continue with each attempt.
