Just installed my new TS9520. It's connected to my Mac (Catalina 10.15.7). I can print to it just fine. I can scan from it if I go to System Preferences, Printers & Scanners, and click on Scan. But I can't scan using IJ Scan Utility (v2.3.7). I get an error "Scanner is not selected". Whan I click on Selecte Scanner, there aren't any scanners listed. Why isn't my printer listed in the IJ Scan Utility? How do I fix it? Very frustrating!

Hi Sorento95,
With the IJ Scan Utiltiy open, please click the Refresh button.
Does your PIXMA TS9520 appear now?
If not, are you using your PIXMA TS9520 wirelessly? Or with a USB cable?
