I have lines on the page on my pixma mx430.

I had a jam in the printer and reached inside where the paper comes out to clear it.  I touched a bar of some sort in the back of the printer and now all the prints are coming out with a line down the front of the paper.  I need to fix this so any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

ps I have tried all the suggestions in the maintenance portion of the printer without success.

If you have already performed print head cleanings, as well as automatic and manual print head alignments on the printer and are still experiencing the same issue, the printer may require servicing; please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
