I have reregistered, reset the dns server, turned it off and on. It continues to stay offline and will not print.

Hello.
If you are using the printer with the Google Cloud Print service, the issue may be related to a firewall or protection setting.
To use the Cloud services with the printer on the intranet, please open Port 5222 (both on the PCs and the router/firewall). Please review the documentation for your firewall programs or your router to see how you can open the TCP/UDP port used for Cloud communication.
