My printer has always worked really well. I have never had any issues. Over the past two months my laptop now lists the printer as offline, but it is actually on and working fine. I can print to it from other devices so I know it isn't the printer. How do I fix this?

Try restarting your computer to see if this will help with the error. If the computer is being used wirelessly, ensure that the laptop is connected to the same network as the printer.
