I have a Canon G7020, purchase January 2022 and it worked perfect until I tried to put black ink in

the reservoir but the ink will not run in. I've run a  clean and a maintenance. It has given me 5990 pages and

now I cannot print as all pages show very little ink on the pages I try to print. Has anyone have this problem?
